Chew Lips: Blondie of Today

Dig on the the minimalist electronics fun of these tracks
– Slick
– Salt Air
– Play Together
– Solo

Three Brits walk on the scene and it almost feels like they’ve been here before. It’s no Matrix Déjà vu but what feels like Blondie of the 80’s has returned. The compositions are less complicated but front woman Tigs is just as sultry.

Their debut LP ‘Unicorn’ came out in 2010 but they didn’t get a world of traction. While not today’s hot number, their tracks are solid and would be a good addition to your collection.
